Facebook launches video channel for developers
Facebook has announced a new video channel called “Facebook Developers Live” to keep developers updated on the latest news, tutorials, speaking sessions and more. This channel will have live as well as recorded and interactive broadcasts. The aim of this channel is to provide developers with a specific tool which will allow them to learn about the latest tools directly from the product managers and engineers who created them. Here is what Facebook says the new channel will offer :
Developers Live will feature a variety of content for everyone:
- Mobile developers will learn how to go deeper and grow their apps with Facebook.
- Game developers will learn how to build better games across web and mobile.
- Websites and publishers will learn how to use Facebook to drive traffic.
Facebook has queued up a live event on February 19th which will feature Doug Purdy, Facebook’s Director of Product. This event will discuss the top 3 things every mobile developer needs to know in 2013. You can register for the event here.
