Twitters short video sharing service Vine has received a small “social” update. Vine which was released around two months ago by Twitter, let users record short six second video clips which could then be tweeted to their followers. Flickr introduces hashtags in iOS app

Flickr has updated its app for iOS with the ability to add hashtags to any image. While the website does allow you to add “tags” to any image to allow easier search, these don’t show up as hashtags in the app itself.
