2. Google Fiber:
Earlier in April Google launched a prank video about Google Fiber which was supposed to dismiss rumours about their new internet service. Well, the curtains have finally been taken off the real deal which is actually an internet service which promises speeds up to a 100 times faster than what average Americans use.
This service has only been launched in Kansas city for now with plans to roll it out to other cities over time. The premium plan includes 1 TB of cloud storage, a DVR with 2 TB of storage which can record upto 500 hours of HD Tv shows, a network box, a Tv box for the Google Tv service and a Nexus 7 tablet as the remote.

3. Google Handwrite:
Google Handwrite allows you to scrawl your search right on the Google search homepage. It uses handwriting recognition to understand what you have drawn, which was quite accurate even with my untidy scrawl. This will particularly be useful for those who find it difficult to type into small text boxes and want to make use of the large screen of their devices.
4. Nokia Pureview 41 MP phone:
The Nokia Pureview smartphone boasts of a 41 megapixel camera. That was not a typo. An actual 41 MP camera. On a phone. If you still want to know what else it has got, it packs 16 gb of storage space with 1GB of rom and 512 ram. It also has a powerful 1.3Ghz arm11 processor running on Nokia’s Belle OS. 5. Facebook Shares:
After its much hyped IPO in may, Facebook announced its first earnings as a public company which business analysts peg as moderate. Its revenue grew 32 percent to $1.18 billion US from $895 million a year ago but still Facebook shares were more than 10% down in after hours trading. This might also have been triggered after Zynga, the social gaming company responsible for 12% of Facebook’s revenues and games like “farmville” and “mafia wars”, hit an all time low on Thursday after it issued disappointing results. It will be interesting to see where Facebook goes from here.
6. Google Nexus 7:
The Google Nexus 7 has started to surface in Indian markets at a marginally higher price than at what it was launched in the US. A few websites have started taking orders for the Google and Asus made tablet with the lowest price being approximately 16,000 INR. It would be better to wait and see if prices are further lowered once it becomes widely available.

7. Amazing Alex:
The next offering from Rovio has nothing to with birds. But it still has all the trademark brilliance typical of Rovio. Amazing Alex is based on the Rube-Goldberg principle. You make use of different apparatus provided to you, to make sure the ball goes into the basket. While simple at the beginning, the game starts to get more complex and fun as you progress through the levels. While not a game changer like Angry Birds, but still as entertaining as Rovio’s previous offering.
