Techdivine Creative Services Contest RULES & PRIZES for Mumbai Students Rules

All the Rules, Guidelines, Winner Notifications & all other information mentioned below have to be followed for ensuring smooth contest participation & a chance to win the Prizes mentioned below:
1.    All entries must be written and submitted in "ENGLISH" Only.
2.    Colloquial and slang may not be used unless in a dialogue as part of the entry.
3.    Participants are allowed to take help of online resources through our Discussion Forum,
      Creative Writing Blog or other resources only as a tool for getting a deeper insight of the
      topic/subject under discussion, accurate statistical and established information.
4.    Any submission having content copied or taken completely or directly from another
        source will be immediately disqualified.
5.    Participants are requested to use the online resources only as a learning tool.
6.    Final submission has to be e-mailed to us at: "admin@techdivine.com" in MS
       Word Document file format (1997-2003) version during the submission dates ONLY
       during (15th February, 2010 - 15th March, 2010).
7.    Entries for any of the topics cannot exceed 1200 words with spaces.
8.    Only one (1) entry per participant.
9.    Kindly make sure you provide us with your correct e-mail address and mobile number
       for us to send to you, Your unique contest ID and other details.
       Also we would love to speak to you to:
- Confirm your entry fee receipt payment to us before you submit your entry for
         the contest, so make sure you give us your correct contact number & email id.
       - We will confirm receipt of your entry FORM and other details both
       (through email - from "admin@techdivine.com" and through phone call.
       - Please do not give your unique id code or password of the Contest to anyone
         calling you, e-mailing or asking you for the same unless it is followed by an
         email from the above id to you. Kindly, note, You are always free to write to us
         confirming any queries on the contest at this id: "admin@techdivine.com"
10. Make sure you have completed Registration process before submitting the entry to us.
      Participants will be confirmed for entering into contest from our end via email, after which
      the participant will be asked to submit the entry. Any participant, submitting entries
      without receiving confirmation from our end will not be accepted as an official
      entry to the contest and disqualified.
11. Students below 18 years of age will be added to the contest only after confirming with their
      Parents / Guardians. (This is purely to safeguard the interests of minors)
12. Entries submitted without: Filling the ENTRY FORM / ENTRY FEE / CONFIRMING
     BOTH FROM OUR END / FOLLOWING SUBMISSION RULES & GUIDELINES (Email
     id used for these purposes is ONLY through: "admin@techdivine.com") not following any of
     the above can result in disqualification.

Winner Notification:
1.    Winners will be notified through their registered email and phone call with us on or about May 10, 2010 by Techdivine Creative Services.

2.    The decisions of the Judges will be final in all matters relating to this Online Creative Writing contest.

3.    Potential prize winners will be notified by e-mail to the email address provided by them during entry, with follow-up documentation & including a letter of appreciation from our end. Winners will be gifted their Prizes ONLY at their respective educational institutions under their names. If the students are unable to be physically present when we gift it. they are free to collect it from their institutions where we have submitted the same. The Prizes will belong to the Students only and not to the institution.

4.    Entrants who are minors in his/her state of residency will be required to have a parent or legal guardian complete the personal information and write to us confirming the participation.

5.    Kindly complete the Registration form as required correctly.

6.    Entering an incorrect or incomplete e-mail address in the registration process, or failing to meet the eligibility requirements as given by us for submission, registration, after submission etc, will result in automatic contest disqualification.

7.    By accepting any prize, winner(s) grant TECHDIVINE creative services the right to use his/her entry, Submission, name, likeness and biographical information in any and all media for advertising/promotional purposes. Entrants agree to the release of their name and biographical profile information for display from our end.

Each of the 4 Categories will have two final Winners Only in each category– First & Second selected from contest entries all across Mumbai.

A Fiction novel chosen by us from one among the Best of 2009 fiction list of "Amazon.com"
The Coffee Table Poetry Book “Expressions” that has a unique blend of poetic verses and illustrations.
The winner gets an All exclusive entry as an author in our Creative Writer Blog with access to publish a maximum of his / her 5 articles till May 2011. These articles before getting published would have to go through our approval for making sure the content is appropriate for all ages.

Second Prize Winner in each category Wins:

The Coffee Table Poetry Book “Expressions” that has a unique blend of poetic verses and illustrations.
The winner gets an All exclusive entry as an author in our Creative Writer Blog with access to publish a maximum of his / her 3 articles till May 2011. These articles before getting published would have to go through our approval for making sure the content is appropriate for all ages.

Limitation of Liability: Techdivine Creative Services will not be held responsible for late, misdirected, incomplete or improper entries submitted or entries misused in any other section or area or website by any other party or individual; or entries that are lost due to computer, Internet, or electronic malfunction. We reserve the complete right to cancel or modify contest and award the prize through an alternate means if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the contest, in our sole discretion. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.
